Q1:

Where is there a meeting in my area?

A:

Go to the "Meetings" Section (which you can get to by clicking here), and look up your area - the meetings that have allowed us to post are listed. If you attend one of your local meetings you can get a written meeting list with further information.

 

 

Q2

What is the Bulletin and how can I get one?

A:

You can get a Bulletin by completing a subscription order form (available by clicking here) and mailing it to the Al-Anon Central Office, Suite 101, 3680 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, B.C.

 

 

Q3

Our group would like to make a submission to the Bulletin, but we don't know how to do this.

A:

You can simply click here and go to the Bulletin submission page, fill out the form and voila! the next issue of the Bulletin will contain your announcement.

How do we get our group posted to the website if it is not already there?

A:

Email the website coordinator at alanonbc@vcn.bc.ca

 

 

Q5

My group is already up there - but we have changes to meeting time/place/day. Whom do we inform and how do we get our changes noted?

A:

Changes get reported first to Group Records at groups@telus.net

I have an idea for the website - to whom do I make my suggestion?

You can email the website coordinator at alanonbc@vcn.bc.ca who will be happy to put it on the agenda for the next committee meeting.

How do I find the Service Manual on-line?

A:

Go to the members’ section of the World Service Office website at www.al-anon.org/members/.  The password would be your group name followed by .afg.  Once you are in choose the Group Services Menu option and then the Service Manual Menu option.

How do I find the World Service Office Guidelines?

A.

Go to the members’ section of the World Service Office website at www.al-anon.org/members/.  The password would be your group name followed by .afg.  Once you are in choose the Group Services Menu option and then the Guidelines Menu option.
